Lab day 5: CPR & Heimlich manewer During this practice we learned how to do a CPR, CPR means Cardio Pulmonary Resucitation CPR's steps are: 1- See if the person is conscious. 2- Ask for help. 3- Make sure that the person's vital states are okay. 4- If he/she can't breathe then do the CPR. How to do the CPR The CPR must be done in cicles of 30 chest compressions and 2 insuflations. If the victim is not an adult you must do at least 5 insuflation before doing 30:2 and the compressions must be done with only one hand. If the victim is a baby you have to do 5 insuflations and then 15:2, but with only two fingers to prevent ribs from breaking.
